*POLICY ON SCHEDULING A MEETING AT ONE OF OUR APPOINTMENT ONLY VIRTUAL OFFICE LOCATIONS:

AndreTaxCo offers its tax services throughout the west coast, pacific northwest, and throughout the United States. However, to minimize overhead expenses to pass on cost savings to its clients, AndreTaxCo utilizes virtual office services (WeWork, Regus, etc.) for in-person meetings and RingCentral software for online video and/or teleconferencing through third-party providers.

Please note, all correspondences and hardcopy mailings should be sent to P.O. Box 75681 Seattle, WA 98175 or through AndreTaxCo specifically listed electronic communications pathways as confirmed. Do not mail any confidential documents, financial information, or communications from any taxing authorities to any of the virtual office addresses listed below.

Prior to scheduling requested in-person meetings, either at your office location or through partnered virtual office co-working spaces, AndreTaxCo will generally schedule an initial screening consultation meeting through video conferencing or conference call. Because AndreTaxCo is physically headquartered in Seattle, Washington, in-person scheduled meetings will generally occur more quickly throughout the pacific northwest and west coast regions in terms of logistical planning. However, AndreTaxCo is happy to travel wherever your business is located throughout the United States as most convenient to you. Lastly, if your business is located in a city or state outside of the virtual office locations listed below, AndreTaxCo will coordinate an alternative mutually agreeable location to discuss your tax issues or tax saving opportunities.
